ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing times vary by product type:

Custom Embroidery & Apparel

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Bridal Gowns, Bridesmaid, Evening & Prom Dresses

Many formalwear items are special-order and may require additional processing time. Delivery timelines vary by designer and size availability. Estimated delivery dates will be shared at checkout or by email.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

🇺🇸 Domestic U.S. Shipping

We ship apparel, accessories, embroidery, bridal items, and formalwear anywhere in the United States.

🌍 International Shipping (Embroidery & Apparel Only)

We offer international shipping for embroidery and custom apparel products.
Shipping times and rates vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for:

customs fees
VAT charges (if applicable)

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

We currently do not ship bridal gowns or formalwear outside the United States.

DAMAGED, DELAYED, OR LOST PACKAGES

Love’s Bridal Boutique is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

If a package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for returned, delayed, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
