Thank you for shopping at Love’s Bridal Boutique. We want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. Due to the special nature of bridal and formalwear, please review our return terms carefully before placing an order.
Bridal Gowns & Evening Dresses
All bridal gowns and evening dresses are final sale.
Because these garments are made to order and require special handling, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Custom Embroidery & Personalized Items
All products featuring custom embroidery, customization, or personalized details are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.
Accessories (Veils, Belts, Jewelry, Etc.)
Accessories may be eligible for return only if:

return request is made within 7 days of delivery
All accessory returns must be pre-approved before shipping an item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

✔️ Clearance or final sale items
Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the conditions above.
